The definitive version of the mind-bending adventure game YIIK: A Post-Modern RPG, titled YIIK I.V, has been released as a free update for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4|5, and Windows PC via Steam and GOG. The updated version features two converging storylines and a plethora of new content, including three new party members, a new combat system, improved cutscenes, ten new areas, over 150 new tracks, redesigned dungeon layouts, revamped Monster Dens, and a new leveling system within Alex’s Mind Dungeon.

In YIIK I.V, players follow the story of Alex, a recent college graduate who becomes obsessed with finding the truth after witnessing a woman disappearing in the grip of an iron maiden. The game features turn-based combat with Karta, mysterious collectible beings that act as the first line of defense for their partner. Players can synergize their distinct passive and active abilities and HP defenses when choosing which three to equip.
