Twilight Wars, the debut game from Comrade Bear Games, is set to launch on Steam on May 23, 2025. This tactical dungeon crawler, set in a cyberpunk world, invites players to lead a secret team determined to dismantle the corrupt megacorporations that control society. The game features turn-based combat and deep character development, with each recruitable agent having a unique backstory, moral compass, and personal agenda.

The game offers a wide variety of mission types, and players must adapt their team and strategies to succeed. Between missions, agents return to a customizable hidden base where they can heal, train, and revive fallen comrades. The key features of Twilight Wars include tactical espionage combat, assembling a diverse team, making mission-critical decisions, building and managing the base, exploring moral dilemmas, and enjoying its unique cozy cyberpunk aesthetic.

Twilight Wars offers a fresh take on permadeath, where fallen agents can be revived, and the story is shaped by the player's choices and their evolving relationship with Shi, the Agency’s AI. Players can wishlist the game on Steam, participate in the playtest, and follow Comrade Bear Games for updates as the launch day approaches. The indie studio, founded in 2019 by ex-Nival and Ubisoft producer, Sergey Golubkin, brought together 20 talented people from different parts of the world to create a deep, philosophical story with engaging mechanics in an original graphic and musical setting.
