The Deadly Path is a roguelike dungeon management game that will be available on Steam as of March 25, 2025. Players will assume the role of overseer of an occult dungeon, tasked with gathering materials and creating a formidable economy to build sinister structures and appease the Deities of Dread. The game features a challenging gameplay loop with increasing ascension levels and unlockables, and players can choose from eight different Deities, each with their own unique gameplay quirks, perks, and victory conditions. A demo for The Deadly Path is currently available on Steam Next Fest, where players can try out the game with two playable gods: Roiaan and The One Who Rusts. The game is developed by Owlskip Enterprises and published by Fireshine Games. Owlskip Enterprises is a developer that has been around since 2020 and has released several critically acclaimed games, while Fireshine Games is a global publisher of digital and physical video games with a focus on indie titles.
