Space for Sale, a game developed by Mirage Game Studios and published by THQ Nordic, is set to launch into Early Access on Steam this summer. In this game, players become space realtors, building hospitable dwellings and luxurious estates for alien clientele. In a recent dev diary, Lead Artist Toby and Game Director Simon discussed the changes made to Space for Sale to prepare it for Early Access. They highlighted the game's shift towards becoming more replayable, with finishing planets and introducing a bigger focus on community building. The studio has also hired a new Community Manager, Masha, to help foster community engagement.

Space for Sale is set in a solar system filled with unique planets, each with their own resources and challenges. Players must gather resources, build estates, and sell them for a profit while also learning from local flora and fauna to enhance their creations. The game features ever-changing worlds, with gameplay changes occurring every time a player starts a new game.
