Revenge of the Savage Planet: Bigger, Better Space Expedition in 2025 with Co-op & Crossplay

Raccoon Logic, formerly known as Typhoon Studios, has announced its upcoming game, "Revenge of the Savage Planet," which is set to release in early 2025 for PC and consoles. The game is a sequel to the original "Journey to the Savage Planet" and features third-person gameplay, online and couch co-op, and crossplay.

In "Revenge of the Savage Planet," players are stranded on an alien planet after being made redundant during their 80 years of cryosleep. The objective is to explore the planet, collect and craft new gear, and find a way back home. The game features four large, vibrant worlds with unique plants, creatures, and secrets to discover.

Players can customize their characters and habitats, engage in space action and adventure, and capture and collect alien creatures. The game supports both online and couch co-op with crossplay, allowing players to team up with friends on any platform.

Raccoon Logic's Creative Director, Alex Hutchinson, expressed his excitement for the game's release and hinted at incorporating elements of the studio's journey during the global pandemic. The game is a follow-up to the original "Journey to the Savage Planet," which received critical acclaim and multiple awards for its humor and cooperative gameplay.

Raccoon Logic is an indie game studio known for its hand-crafted, colorful worlds and strong flavors. The studio's previous games include "Journey to the Savage Planet" and "Employee of the Month" version for Gen 9 consoles. Fans can follow Raccoon Logic on social media platforms for updates on "Revenge of the Savage Planet."
