The game will be available for $15.99 on Steam, with a 15% discount during the launch week. Dead of Darkness features a 12-hour campaign with a rich narrative, foreboding atmosphere, deep lore, and devious puzzles. Players can choose from four difficulty settings, and additional levels and New Game Plus mode will be unlocked upon completion.

The game boasts pixel-perfect, sprite-based art, high-definition anime-style illustrations, atmospheric lighting and sound design, and two hours of fully voiced cutscenes.
