NACON and KT Racing have released a new Dev Diary for Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown (TDUSC) Season 4, which goes live on July 23, 2025. The video presentation reveals new features, content, and improvements for the upcoming season, as well as a glimpse into Year 2.

Season 4 highlights include:

1. Casino: Players can wager virtual currency in activities like slots and poker, with special rewards such as exclusive cars and cosmetics.
2. Stock Races: A new set of races featuring only factory cars.
3. Active Aero: Improvement in spoiler behavior for cars with spoilers.
4. Customizable HUD: Ability to hide the HUD completely.
5. Group Ping: Add up to four routes to the GPS and invite the group to consult the route plan.
6. Five new cars: Aston Martin DB11 Volante, DeLorean Alpha5, Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series, Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato, and Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe Virtual Pair WideBody.

Year 2 (October 2025 - July 2026) will offer even more content, including:

1. Taxi missions.
2. New mission types voted for by players.
3. Official Racing Centers for enhanced multiplayer and PvP experience.
4. Housing/Real Estate feature.
5. Extreme missions and Passenger mode.

Additional improvements and features for all seasons include:

1. Economic balancing.
2. Optimization for consoles and PC.
3. Cross-region, crossplay, and offline mode (under development).
4. KT Engine upgrade for better performance and graphics.
5. Rebalanced in-game economy.
