The game will follow The Bachelor, a city doctor known for his relentless fight against death, who is invited to a small town grappling with a deadly disease. Pathologic 3 introduces a new time-travel mechanic, allowing players to revisit key events and alter them to their advantage within the 12-day timeline.
As The Bachelor, players will diagnose and treat patients, use a microscope for research, and implement quarantines to control the epidemic. The time-travel mechanic provides the freedom to explore and influence events, reshaping the narrative.
