Honkai Impact 3rd v7.8: Brace for Lone Planetfarer and Ten Shus War

Honkai Impact 3rd, the popular action title, has announced the release of its v7.8 update, Planetary Rewind, set to go live on October 17th. The update introduces Vita's new battlesuit, Lone Planetfarer, a MECH-type Lightning DMG dealer with two forms. The Lone Traveler form deals elegant attacks with a feathered loop, while the Planet Quaker form fires laser beams at enemies.

The main story of v7.8, The First and Last War, features Vita and the Star Traveler in the Ten Shus War, a major event from a century ago. Completing the main story content offers rewards such as Weapon Options, Crystals, Source Prisms, and Seele's event stigma.

Additional events and rewards in v7.8 include Wilderness Development Logs, which provides Crystals, Source Prisms, Dreamweaver's new outfit, and more. HOHO Vacation Tickets can be used to claim rewards, and LITE Combat will be permanently available in Elysian Realm. The celebratory event Secret Carnival: Starry Scary Night offers Equipment Supply Card x10 and Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupon x1 upon accumulating logins.

From October 22nd, Captains can accumulate logins to obtain a Battlesuit Option and Crystals or a Supply Card Option. From October 19th, Captains can claim 10x Carnival Battlesuit Supply Card x2 for the Carnival Battlesuit Supply. Spending Crystals in Supplies offers a choice of Herrscher of Finality's Character Card, Rank-Up Stamps, and other rewards like Thelema's new outfit Gentle is the Night.

In v7.9, a crossover between Honkai Impact 3rd and Honkai: Star Rail will begin on November 28th, 2024. This collaboration represents an innovative and experimental step in the Honkai series, featuring comedy, suspense, action, gunfights, explosions, and Sparkle's debut in Honkai Impact 3rd. Additionally, Honkai TechLab in the U.S. will be carried out this year
