Game Sapiens has been recognized for its excellence in gaming content in South Korea, with a focus on card games and two-player games. The company has developed over 100 types of board games, including the "Roman Empire Playing Card," which can be used to play over 50 original games with just one deck of 54 cards.
Game Sapiens' main business areas include publishing offline games and game accessories and developing online game portals. At the exhibition, the company will introduce "Amuse Portal," a game portal platform offering over 140 original board games for free and paid services. The platform boasts high profitability, easy business operations, and low cultural barriers, making it suitable for export and localization.
Amuse Portal features minimal system resource consumption in digital implementation, appropriate playtime without real-life burdens, and a wide range of gaming experiences. The platform also offers additional revenue streams beyond gaming through B2B and B2C partnerships, with the potential to become a leading game portal service with minimal investment after initial capital injection.
Game Sapiens plans to expand globally in the digital market within a few years after the service launch with only initial capital. In the offline market, the company aims to license its excellent games to capable publishers, following the traditional board game market's business logic.
The "2024 PlayX4 B2B" event, hosted by Gyeonggi Content Agency and KINTEX, will feature exhibitions and experiences of new games from Korean and international game companies, as well as side programs like the retro game market, esports competitions, and cosplay events.
