Pc Games Early Access Free To Play Indie Game

NetEase Games and Bad Guitar Studio have announced that the closed beta test for the highly anticipated game, FragPunk, will take place from October 10 to 21 on Steam and Xbox Series X|S with crossplay. Players who participated in the closed alpha test in June on Steam will receive automatic access to the closed beta test via their Steam Library. Xbox players can register for the closed beta test via the Xbox Insider Hub app, while PC players can do so via the game's official Steam page. The closed beta test will be available for players in North America, Europe, Latin America, Japan, and Korea, and will support languages including English, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French, Japanese, and Korean.

The closed beta test will feature new content, including two new Lancers named Sonar and Spider, who have abilities that will buff their teammates, making them excellent support characters. Several brand-new powerful weapons that can enhance the arsenals of all the Lancers in the game will also be introduced. Additionally, new Shard Cards that can bend the rules of combat will make their debut during the closed beta, including the "Birdman" card, which lets players glide across the battlefield, and two status effect cards involving flashbang effects named "Flashlight" and "Safety Glasses."

Xin Chang, creative director and producer of FragPunk, stated that the closed beta test will give players a fresh new look at FragPunk and provide the development team with feedback to make the game as balanced and fun as possible. FragPunk is a 5v5 hero shooter that lets players bend the rules of combat thanks to powerful Shard Cards dealt out at the beginning of each match. The battlefield is constantly changing, and players must adapt and overcome their enemies using hero powers and customizable weapons.
