Square Enix has released the ninth season, SOULFUL HOUR, for its free-to-play foam party shooter game, FOAMSTARS, now available on PlayStation 5 and 4. The new season introduces a golden-themed map for the SMASH THE STAR mode, a new boss named Ramzey of Clubs in SQUAD MISSIONS, and multiple new items in the Shop and Diamond Trade.

SOULFUL HOUR features limited-time seasonal events, including RANKED PARTY, where players can compete in two categories: Ranked Party Lonestar (solo) and Ranked Party Tribe-Vibe (team). EXTREME PARTY, with special rules, will also take place during this season. Players can earn XP by completing battles, missions, and Weekly Challenges to advance through the season tiers and earn various rewards.

SOULFUL HOUR Season Pass holders will receive a foam gun skin for Ramzey and character skins for Soa and Bublo for free. Players who purchase a Premium Season Pass will unlock even more rewards. FOAMSTARS is rated T for Teen by the ESRB, and an internet connection is required to play.

FOAMSTARS is a vibrant, over-the-top shooter that combines the fun of partying with the thrill of combat. Players can blast through matches using foam to attack, build, and defend, taking control of a quirky and colorful ensemble of athletes in the eccentric city of Bath Vegas. The game features a combination of PvP and PvE modes for up to eight players.
