Farming Simulator Kids Gets Cuter with Forestry Pack & New Animals

GIANTS Software, the publisher and developer of the popular Farming Simulator series, has released the Forestry Pack for Farming Simulator Kids. This new content is now available for free on Nintendo Switch and as an in-app purchase on mobile devices.

The Forestry Pack introduces a whole new forest environment for young farmers to explore. They can now participate in forestry activities, plant and harvest trees, and even engage in woodworking to create items such as guitars, wooden chests, and birdhouses. The update also includes new machines with the iconic John Deere livery, allowing players to use wheeled and tracked feller bunchers to cut trees.

In addition to the new machines and activities, the Forestry Pack also offers a campfire area where players can roast marshmallows and spend time in their treehouse or tent. This new content aims to teach children about forestry and the importance of wood as a renewable resource in a simplified way.

Farming Simulator Kids is a child-friendly version of the acclaimed Farming Simulator series and is available on Nintendo Switch, iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. The game has been a massive success since its release in 2008, with over 30 million units sold worldwide across various platforms.

GIANTS Software has enabled users to create mods for the game since its inception, and in 2019, the company introduced the Farming Simulator League (FSL), a competitive esports mode with professional tournaments and many acclaimed brands and sponsors on board.

Farming Simulator Kids is a fun and educational game that introduces children to the world of farming and forestry. With the new Forestry Pack, players can now explore a whole new environment and engage in new activities that teach them about the importance of wood as a renewable resource.
