Paradox Interactive celebrates the 10th anniversary of Cities: Skylines, the popular city-building management game series developed by Finnish studio Colossal Order. With over 45 million players, Cities: Skylines became Paradox’s fastest-selling game and expanded to several consoles, with over 60 expansions and content packs. The series has inspired players to pursue urban planning careers and has even assisted in designing real-world city neighborhoods.

To commemorate the occasion, Paradox announced new releases and updates for both Cities: Skylines and Cities: Skylines II in March 2025. Cities: Skylines II players will receive a free Anniversary patch on March 18, featuring new in-game parks and buildings, along with three Creator Packs and three Radio Stations available for purchase. The original Cities: Skylines will also receive a free Anniversary patch, adding dynamic parks that reflect each player’s unique game experience. Two Creator Packs and one Radio Station will be released for the original game as well.

Throughout March, the Cities: Skylines series will be featured in various promotions, including a Free-to-Play weekend on Steam and a new subscription service for the DLC catalog. For more information, visit the Paradox Interactive website.
