An indie game, Anima Flux, has been chosen as one of the 10 finalists to participate in the GDC Pitch event at the 2024 Game Developers Conference (GDC) in San Francisco. A theocratic totalitarian regime sends its best troops to rescue the city and eliminate the threat. Players take control of two elite soldiers, using their unique abilities and skills to navigate through dangerous mutants and challenging boss fights. The game's visual style is inspired by 80-90s retro sci-fi aesthetics, with a variety of futuristic 2D visuals mixed with a dark cosmic atmosphere.
