Zenless Zone Zero's Version 1.5 Brings Star-Studded Adventure and New Gameplay

HoYoverse, a global interactive entertainment brand, has announced that the urban fantasy ARPG Zenless Zone Zero's Version 1.5, titled "Astra-nomical Moment," will be released on January 22. The update will feature a new performance by Astra Yao, New Eridu's beloved star, at the city's iconic Starloop landmark. Players can expect new gameplay, including "Endless Tower: The Last Stand" and "Perpetrator Battle," as well as the release of the latest arcade game, "Mach 25."

The new version will introduce Astra Yao and Evelyn as S-Rank Ether Support and Fire Attack Agents, respectively. Astra can provide a damage bonus to the entire squad, while Evelyn's attacks generate Burning Tether Point, which can be used to unleash a Chain Attack. The update will also see the return of Ellen and Qingyi, S-Rank Ice Attack and Electric Stun Agents.

Zenless Zone Zero's Version 1.5 will offer new parkour arcade game "Mach 25" and a 2-player PvE mode in Bizarre Brigade. Players can participate in fishing competitions and the Bangboo pageant, and dress up Agents including Astra in new outfits. The Elpis Ultimate Angler Championship will offer Proxies an opportunity to hone their fishing skills and earn prestigious rewards.

Zenless Zone Zero is HoYoverse's urban fantasy ARPG, set in the last remaining metropolis, New Eridu, after a calamity called the "Hollows" has destroyed modern society. HoYoverse is committed to providing immersive virtual world experiences to players around the world and has brought fans popular games including Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Honkai Impact 3rd, Tears of Themis, and Zenless Zone Zero.
