Wolcen Studio has released the roadmap for its upcoming game, Project Pantheon, an extraction-based RPG, highlighting new features, content, bug fixes, and quality of life improvements for the Closed Alpha 2 test in spring 2025. The new features include a 3D navigable Player Sanctuary, dodge roll mechanic, weapon and gear customization, crafting, and durability systems.

New content consists of a staff weapon, new dungeons, a fresh monster faction, and a structured tutorial. Gameplay improvements feature better movement, revamped health system, balanced map and pacing, and responsive combat abilities. Wolcen Studio also shared the results of Closed Alpha 1, which took place in January 2025, with over 1,100 active players and 2,156 successful extractions.

Closed Alpha 2 will focus on enhancing combat gameplay, followed by Closed Alpha 3 in summer 2025 for narrative changes and Closed Alpha 4 in autumn 2025 for gameplay balancing and progression adjustments.
