Winds of Arcana: Ruination is an upcoming 2.5D Metroidvania game developed by Bangalore-based Brewed Games. The game offers deep combat customization features, allowing players to build their ideal combat playstyle. The combat system includes three weapon classes: Swords, Hammers, and Chakrams, each with unique passive powers that unlock as players use them.

The game also features Soul Crests, arcane artifacts that provide magical abilities to the players. In the demo, players can access one Soul Crest and upgrade it to its full potential. Exploration is at the heart of Winds of Arcana: Ruination, with interconnected levels designed to encourage players to discover shortcuts, secrets, and more.

The full game will feature traversal items called Artifices, which will act as traversal ability upgrades, some of which will require special button inputs to use.
