Windblown: Action Rogue-lite from Motion Twin Now on Early Access with Exclusive Rewards

The action rogue-lite game, Windblown, developed by the independent French studio Motion Twin, is now available in Early Access on Steam. The game features single-player and up to three players in cooperative online multiplayer modes. Players can explore five diverse biomes, discover hidden secrets, and challenge adversaries while upgrading their Leaper using various weapons, trinkets, gifts, and Magifish.

The Early Access launch includes 15 unique weapons, each with unique move sets, powerful Alterattacks, and random weapon modifiers. Players can unlock the exclusive Intern skin by playing the game until Nov. 8, 2024, and the Guinea Pig skin for those who played the limited-time single-player demo. The game also features a new, energetic soundtrack by renowned artist Danger, available for purchase on Steam.

Motion Twin plans to add new biomes, weapons, features, and more based on community feedback throughout the Early Access period. Players can join the official Windblown Discord channel to share feedback and shape the game's development. The game is available with a 20% launch discount until Nov. 7, 2024, and a further 10% discount for players who own Dead Cells in their Steam account library.

Motion Twin is an indie worker's cooperative game studio based in France, and Danger is a pioneering electronic music producer and visual artist known for his cinematic compositions and immersive live performances. Bobby Prod is a French animation studio that specializes in creating series and films for audiences aged 15-35 and has launched a division dedicated to video games, producing trailers for various titles.
