Viva La Dirt League's Epic NPC Man Coming to Life in a Game by Team17 and FusionPlay

Team17 Digital, a well-known video game developer and publisher, has partnered with Germany-based studio FusionPlay and New Zealand-based YouTube channel Viva La Dirt League (VLDL) to create a game. This collaboration brings the humor of VLDL into the gaming world, as they are famous for their comedy skits and parody gaming videos, including the popular "Epic NPC Man" series.

Ann Hurley, General Manager of Team17 Digital, expressed her excitement about the partnership, stating that the company is thrilled to share its expertise in the publishing industry with Fusion Play and VLDL. Konrad Kunze, CEO of FusionPlay, also shared his enthusiasm, mentioning that working with VLDL and Team17 Digital feels like the "icing on the cake."

Viva La Dirt League expressed their excitement by saying, "It's finally happening! Our parody series about a pretend video game is actually becoming...A REAL GAME?! We are beyond thrilled to be partnering with the incredible teams at Fusion Play and Team17!"

Team17 Digital, founded in 1990, has an extensive portfolio of over 120 titles and has won several awards for its in-house brands, including Hell Let Loose, Golf With Your Friends, The Escapists, and the iconic Worms franchise. FusionPlay GmbH is an Indie developer and micro-publisher from Leipzig, Germany, designing creative games and publishing indie games from regional studios. VLDL is a New Zealand-based YouTube channel and studio, renowned for their hilarious and creative comedy skits, parody gaming videos, and unique blend of humor, creativity, and camaraderie.
