NEXON America's classic hack n' slash RPG, Vindictus, releases Season 4 Episode 9, "Desperate Deterrent," on June 26, 2024. This update increases the maximum level from 115 to 120 and introduces a challenging new raid, "The One Who Protects the Altar," where players face the brutal boss Sreng and his army of giants. Only the highest-level players can attempt this raid, and those who complete it before July 9 will receive bonus Evil Cores.

"Desperate Deterrent" is the latest story update in Vindictus, which has been running for over 14 years and features real-time combat, stunning visuals, unique characters, and customizable gear. With the new level cap, players can earn new "Uaithne" weapons and armor and receive Boxtryoshkas and other in-game items for leveling up from 116 to 120.

Players who complete certain raids and dungeons before July 9 will receive Chieftain's Proficiency Sweep Coupons, which can be exchanged for Chieftain's Stamps and other items. Additionally, players can use Plink Plink Vending Machine Tokens to receive special missions and rewards until July 23.
