Vikala Joins Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising in Version 1.60 Update

Cygames, a video game publisher and developer, released the Version 1.60 update for its game, Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising (GBVSR), developed by Arc System Works Co., Ltd. The update includes a new playable character, Vikala, and additional in-game content such as stickers and illustrations in Battle Pass Round 6.

Vikala, known as the Guardian of the North, is a DLC character with a Premium Avatar, badge, and figure studio poses. She is one of the 12 Divine Generals, entrusted to protect the Northern skies from evil and corruption. Despite her positive demeanor, she becomes shy and introverted when her headband comes off. Dormouse, her sentient mousetrap companion, is voiced by VTuber Ironmouse from VShojo.

Battle Pass Round 6 includes additional in-game items such as character illustrations, music, badges, trophies, and a new lobby avatar, Yunicorn. Players can purchase the Premium Battle Pass Round 6 DLC for $7.99 to obtain a Spooky Vicky costume for Vikala, exclusive character colors, and weapon skins.

Character Color Sets 3 and 4 are available for download, now including Vikala with the Version 1.60 update. Ironmouse, a demon queen from VShojo, lends her voice to Dormouse, Vikala’s sentient mousetrap partner.

Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising is currently on sale for 50% off on the PlayStation™Store and Steam Store for a limited time. The Standard Edition includes the full base game, and the Deluxe Edition comes with Deluxe Character Pass 1, which includes the latest DLC character addition to the roster, Vikala.
