Pc Games Early Access Indie Game Role Playing GameA new game platform called Vesper has been announced and is set to be released in Early Access in 2025. The platform will act as a library of games created by well-known storytellers from various backgrounds, including Dungeons & Dragons, Dropout, Comedy Central, and more. The goal of Vesper is to make the video game medium more accessible to storytellers who have historically found it inaccessible.
The platform is being developed by Robert Gaal and Cat Burton, with Ify Nwadiwe being the latest creator to join the team. Other creators include Ross Bryant, Aliza Pearl, and Amy Vorpahl. The gameplay on Vesper is inspired by classic tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs) and Dungeons & Dragons adventures, where players meet diverse characters, visit vibrant locations, and overcome challenges to reach their objectives. Each story on Vesper is tailor-made and branches out across numerous worlds, from cozy frog mysteries to epic adventures on frosty mountains.
Vesper is set to announce more creators as they approach the Early Access release. The platform is expected to be a growing library of unique narrative games made by independent creators. For more information, visit playvesper.com or Steam.
