Nintendo Switch Sports Early Access Indie Game Pc GamesHAMSTER Co. has announced the release of POWER SPIKES for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on October 10, 2024, as part of the Arcade Archives series. The game, which was originally released by VIDEO SYSTEM in 1991, is the second installment of Super Volleyball and features simple controls with more profound battles, including techniques such as timed attacks, feints, and new serves. POWER SPIKES will be available digitally for $7.99 and supports 1-2 players.
The Arcade Archives series by HAMSTER faithfully reproduces classic arcade games, allowing players to change game settings and compete against others worldwide. HAMSTER's official program, "Arcade Archiver," is also broadcast live on YouTube Live at 7:00 pm (JST) on the day of the Arcade Archives titles' release, featuring game introductions and developer talks. A "POWER SPIKES Special" will be broadcasted on October 10th.
