The highly anticipated game, Railbreak, is now available on PlayStation 4, as well as a native PlayStation 5 release. Developed using Unreal Engine 5, the game offers a thrilling on-rails arcade shooting experience, where players can battle hordes of zombies solo or in co-op mode.

Railbreak features nine heroes, each with unique weapons that have elemental powers, such as ice blasts, electricity, and fire. Players can use these weapons to take down sinister bosses and overcome wacky 'Glitch' effects that can either help or hinder progress.

The game offers six distinct game modes and two game types, providing a wide variety of content to explore. Players can enjoy modes such as Score Attack, Onslaught, Story, Boss Rush, Glitch Gauntlet, and Shoutout Shootout. The Time Korrisis game type adds a new twist to every mode, where players must annihilate foes to refuel the ticking countdown clock.

Railbreak supports two-player co-op and offers five difficulty options, making it accessible to players of all skill levels. The game also features a built-in 'How to Play' menu, providing players with a comprehensive understanding of its mechanics.

Dead Drop Studios, the developer behind Railbreak, is an indie game developer and publisher that focuses on creating retro-style survival horror games for the modern gamer. The studio's next announced title, Outbreak: Shades of Horror, is built in Unreal Engine 5 and is set to release in summer 2024.

Railbreak is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Epic Games Store at an MSRP of $19.99. International pricing may vary.
