Cygames, a Tokyo-based video game publisher and developer, has released Umamusume: Pretty Derby – Party Dash for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Steam. This party action game features Umamusume athletes in adorable pixel art, who compete in the Slapdash Grand Prix, a tournament consisting of four minigames. The game is part of Cygames' Umamusume Project, which includes anime, manga, music, and games inspired by racehorses.

The game's first DLC pack, DLC Vol. 1, will be available on September 26, adding five runners of Team Iris as playable characters. DLC Vol. 2 and Vol. 3 will introduce Team Geranium and Team Primrose, with their release dates to be announced soon. The Special Edition of the game includes DLC Vols. 1 – 3 and an in-game title as the Team Set.

DLC Vol. 2 will feature the main cast of the movie Umamusume: Pretty Derby – Beginning of a New Era as Team Geranium, while DLC Vol. 3 will include characters from the manga Umamusume: Pretty Derby – Star Blossom as Team Primrose. The Team Bundle DLC, included with the Deluxe Box and Special Edition, lets players decorate their profiles with six exclusive titles.
