UMA Wins Capcom Cup X with $1 Million Prize; Street Fighter 6 Soars in Success

UMA emerged victorious in the recent Capcom Cup X, taking home the largest grand prize in fighting game community history - $1 million. The tournament featured 48 of the world's best Street Fighter™ 6 players. This year's Capcom Cup X marked the first time Street Fighter 6 was used in the competition, with a $1 million grand prize. In response to the success of this year's event, Capcom announced that the Capcom Cup XI will also feature a $1 million grand prize.

Street Fighter 6, which has sold over three million units since its launch, offers a new evolution of the Street Fighter series, combining unique fighting game innovations with three distinct game modes: Fighting Ground, World Tour, and Battle Hub. Players worldwide can access the game on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Capcom Pro Tour (CPT) 2023 season saw tremendous support from players, sponsors, and the passionate community, culminating in the historic Capcom Cup X.
