Ubisoft Partners with Blacknut for Global Cloud Gaming Distribution in 2024

Pc Games Indie GameBlacknut Cloud Gaming and Ubisoft have announced a partnership to distribute Ubisoft content via streaming on Blacknut. Starting in August 2024, Ubisoft games will be progressively added to the cloud gaming platform, which is available on an estimated 10 billion compatible devices. Ubisoft, known for popular franchises like Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Tom Clancy's games, will make its content available through Blacknut's B2C and B2B channels.
Blacknut is a cloud gaming platform currently available in over 60 countries, with over 40 B2B agreements. It offers over 500 premium video games via streaming under a single subscription, with no lock-in contract, on a range of devices. The partnership will see several announcements, starting with the arrival of Ubisoft Bonus Games in August 2024.
Ubisoft Bonus Games is a game discovery tool for players, offering a selection of back catalog games from iconic franchises like Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, Anno, Rayman, and more. New bonus games will join the program during its upcoming discovery windows.

Ubisoft, founded in 1986, is a creator of worlds, committed to enriching players’ lives with original and memorable entertainment experiences. The company generated net bookings of €2.32 billion for the 2023-24 fiscal year.
