Mobile Gaming Indie Game Free To Play Action Game Early Access Pc Games Role Playing Game Nintendo Switch Microsoft XboxTreesPlease Games, a company that creates games with the goal of protecting nature and combating climate change, has reached a significant milestone. Their first mobile game, Longleaf Valley, has resulted in over two million trees being planted, which is estimated to offset 42k tonnes of CO2. This is equivalent to the CO2 absorbed by nearly 29 acres of sea ice or 46,000 long-haul flights. The game uses a "Play It, Plant It" model, where in-game tree planting leads to real trees being planted in areas affected by deforestation. The company's CEO, Laura Carter, was also awarded the Global Gaming Citizen award at The Game Awards 2
