Spilt Milk Studios, an independent game developer, has released a major update for their shopkeeping simulation game, Trash Goblin. The update, titled "Full of Beans," introduces several changes and additions to the base game, including stash upgrades, a new stove and coffee pot, a pay-what-you-can box, and new NPC characters.

The stash upgrades allow players to store more trinkets, with the chest upgrade increasing stash slots and bonus slots available through other upgrades. The new stove and coffee pot enable players to start their day with a cup of coffee, providing an extra timeslot to use each day.

The update also introduces a new character, Raniel, a frogkin whose mother is worried about him. Players can meet Raniel by purchasing the new pay-what-you-can box, which helps clear unwanted stock and even make some money. The update also brings new quests for Ortici and Virgil and ten new trinkets, including a bead necklace, an orcish dagger, and an accessory for the Lich Crown.

Trash Goblin, which launched on Steam via Early Access in October, is a cosy shop simulation game where players can customise their shop and trinkets in almost endless ways. Players can get to know their regulars, make custom pieces tailored to their desires, and upgrade their shop and tools to offer additional ways to restore trinkets. The game features 50 trinkets, accessories, and variations, with over 180 unique combinations, and endless customers and gameplay.
