Netmarble, a prominent mobile game developer, has announced a new update for its collectible RPG, Tower of God: New World, as part of its 1.5th-anniversary celebration. The update introduces a new teammate, Family Head Gustang, who is one of the Tower's strongest Wave Controllers, and is known for his unparalleled knowledge and powerful skills.

The update also includes various events and content that will be available for a limited time until February 12. These events include the Family Head Clash! Faction Competition, where players can choose between Traumerei Faction or Gustang Faction and compete for flags, with the winning faction receiving various rewards. The Family Head Gustang Advent Summon event provides players with a higher chance to acquire Family Head Gustang and multiple in-game items. The 1.5th Anniversary Nonstop Reward Festival rewards players with 1.5th Anniversary Nonstop SSR+ Limit Break Summon Tickets for clearing in-game missions.

Additionally, the Labyrinth of Memories [Gustang] event allows players to check out Gustang’s hidden story and clear stages to earn special titles, SSR Soulstones, and other rewards. The 2025 Happy New Year! Event will run from January 29 through February 1, where players can obtain a Happy New Year Chest containing special rewards such as a SSR+ Selection Chest, Revolution Ores, and more.

The new update also introduces multiple mini-games and Tower Fun Run Event, as well as new seasons for Hell Train Arena. Players can also experience Adventure Floors 156 - 160 and Trial of Chaos and Trial of Origin No. 1200 Expansion.
