XD Games has launched the newest season, SS9 Outlaw, for its popular action-RPG game Torchlight: Infinite. The new season takes players into a cyberpunk-inspired world ruled by a corrupt megacorp, introducing new features such as the Carjack & Crime System, where players can hunt down Tower Co. transports, crack open encrypted supply caches, and fight off waves of reinforcements to increase their Crime Rating and unlock access to Black Market Bounties.

The update also includes a new Hero Trait, Rosa – Unsullied Blade, which features a Mana-scaling melee build, and a Focus Skills System Overhaul that charges powerful attacks based on conditions like movement, crits, or crowd control. Additionally, the Tower Sequence Crafting system allows players to create modular power cores on non-legendary weapons and shields, and the Talent System has been overhauled to offer more build freedom.

The new season also introduces new Supreme Showdown Bosses, including General Redscale and the Sons of Rising Tide, and new Legendaries designed to anchor completely new playstyles. Quality of life upgrades, such as loot filter sound customization, a fully reworked item recycling system, and faster price-checking, have also been added.

Torchlight: Infinite's Outlaw season is now available on PC and mobile platforms worldwide.
