On January 29, 2025, The End of The Sun, an open-world exploration game inspired by Slavic mythology, will be released by a two-person indie developer team. Players assume the role of Ashter, a time-traveling Slavic sorcerer, exploring a beautifully crafted world that reflects real-world Slavic rituals, beliefs, and legends.

The game features authentic worldbuilding, using photogrammetry to recreate detailed environments and artifacts from ethnographic museums. The nonlinear storyline allows players to explore the story at their own pace, with time-travel mechanics that shift between four distinct periods, each reflecting different stages in the villagers' lives.

The End of The Sun offers a dynamic gameplay environment with real-time changes in weather, lighting, and time of day. Players will encounter mythical creatures rooted in Slavic folklore and uncover ancient rituals as they dive deep into forgotten traditions.

The game will be available on PC, with plans for future console releases. Priced at $24.99, it will support multiple language versions, including English, Polish, German, Russian, French, Spanish, Czech, Chinese-Simplified, Italian, and Ukrainian.
