Three New DLC Packs and Free Update Released for theHunter: Call of the Wild

Expansive Worlds, a division of Avalanche Studios Group, has released three new DLC packs for its popular hunting game, theHunter: Call of the Wild. The new DLCs include "Salzwiesen Park," "German Shorthaired Pointer," and "Hunters' Choice: Bolt-Action Rifle Pack," which are available for purchase individually or as a bundle. The "Winter Hunting Bundle" includes all three DLCs and is available until January 31, 2025, for $15.99.

The "Salzwiesen Park" DLC offers a compact hunting experience set in Schleswig-Holstein, near the border of northern Germany and Denmark. It features a vibrant salt marsh habitat teeming with 15 different species, including two new birds and two new "Great Ones." The DLC also includes a new Clay Shooting Range and the GOPI 10G GRAND Shotgun.

The "German Shorthaired Pointer" DLC introduces a new hunting companion that can point players in the direction of their desired prey and help track down animals faster. With the latest free update, dog owners can customize their own unique hunting companion by enhancing one dog with the skills of two.

The "Hunters' Choice: Bolt-Action Rifle Pack" DLC includes three new bolt-action rifles chosen by the players, making it the first-ever DLC made in direct partnership with theHunter: Call of the Wild's community.

In addition to the new DLCs, a free update is also available, introducing two new "Great Ones" and a new dog skill customization feature. The update also adds "Hunter Challenges" and brings back photo challenges.
