Pc Games Indie Game Role Playing Game Sony Playstation Microsoft XboxTechno Banter, an upcoming bouncer simulator game with a techno-infused, humorous twist, is set to launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in late 2024. Developed by Dexai Arts, a team of experienced professionals and family members, the game offers a unique blend of witty dialogue and pulsating techno beats. Set in a dystopian city with a thriving underground rave culture, players will assume the role of a bouncer at the notorious Green Door club, where they must choose from a variety of clever comebacks to maintain the club's vibe and ensure a unique experience each night.
Dexai Arts, a Berlin-based developer, has incorporated the city's vibrant techno scene into the game by collaborating with local DJs to provide music for the Green Door club. The game has already gained recognition, winning the GameStar.de "Find Your Next Game" Indie award, the Reboot Develop Blue Special Selection award, and being featured in this year's Guerilla Collective's Official Selection.
PAX West 2024 attendees will have the opportunity to try a playable demo of Techno Banter, experiencing the game's distinctive mix of humor, weirdness, and music firsthand. The game's teaser trailer is available on YouTube, and more information can be found on its Steam store page. Crunching Koalas, a Warsaw-based boutique publisher and porting studio, will be publishing Techno Banter, adding to their growing portfolio of exceptional indie games.
