TactiCon 2025, the digital event for strategy, management, and simulation games, has commenced and will run until July 21. The event, organized by Hooded Horse and Firesquid, featured a showcase with trailers, reveals, and announcements. Highlights of the event include the 1.0 Update of Stray Fawn's The Wandering Village, Hooded Horse's Early Access release of He is Coming, Firesquid's second DLC for Reus 2 - Everglades, and an exclusive look at the new map editor for Diplomacy is Not an Option. Othercide creators are also set to give a glimpse of their new project: Ex Sanguis.

In addition to the showcase, TactiCon 2025 features a range of panels and talks from leaders in the strategy and simulation space, including a post-mortem on Hexarchy and a panel on designing overwhelming tactical encounters. A selection of discounts is also available for all games participating in the event.
