XD Inc. has released the latest update, 'Night Crimson,' for its popular turn-based RPG (TRPG), Sword of Convallaria, which has seen millions of downloads across PC and mobile platforms. The update introduces new investigative content, valuable rewards, and a fresh way to play with SP Characters.

The Night Crimson update features a new chapter in the Spiral of Destinies campaign, introducing investigative clue wall gameplay, which adds detective elements to story battles. Players will solve mysteries alongside Safiyyah, the strategic leader of the Mobile Squad.

SP Characters are alternate versions of existing characters from different periods in time, with new appearances and unique combat skills. The update introduces SP Rawiyah on January 3rd and Taair on January 17th, who can fight together in the same battle. Players who own both original and SP versions of a character can unlock exclusive SP skills, enhancing their combat power.

Completing in-game events and the Waverun Tournament, starting on January 3rd, will grant players valuable rewards, including Secret Fates and legendary trinkets, vital for strengthening characters.

Special extras, such as developer insights, a video message from the Japanese VA for Safiyyah, and a new theme song, "Never Apart," provide fans a look into the future of Sword of Convallaria.

The Night Crimson update offers new investigative content, SP Characters, and special extras, enhancing the over 120 hours of existing content in Sword of Convallaria.
