Survive Randomly Generated Dungeons in Co-op Horror Extraction Game Dungeon Done

Indie game studio Groovy MOAI is showcasing their cooperative PvE horror extraction game, Dungeon Done, during Steam Next Fest from October 14th to 21st (PDT). The game, which was initially launched as a demo in September, has undergone several improvements based on community feedback, with four hotfixes already released. During Steam Next Fest, players will have the opportunity to experience these updates and more.

Dungeon Done is set in a dark fantasy world where scavengers explore dungeons abandoned by heroes in search of treasure while avoiding hidden dangers. The game supports up to six players, who must work together to survive and escape. Unlike other extraction games that focus on PvP, Dungeon Done emphasizes co-op PvE, making teamwork essential for success. Each dungeon is randomly generated, providing new challenges every time players enter.

The game's unique approach has received positive reviews from players. One player commented, "It's tough, but the sense of accomplishment when you escape is really something." Another player noted, "I could really feel the fun of a PvE-focused dungeon game, rather than the usual PvP," and some compared it to "a medieval version of Lethal Company!"

Dungeon Done is set to be officially released in Q4 2024, but players can get a sneak peek during Steam Next Fest. The event offers an excellent opportunity to experience the excitement before the game's official launch.
