Supermarket Simulator Officially Launches on PC with New Features & Online Play

Nokta Games has announced the V1.0 launch of its popular simulation game, Supermarket Simulator, on PC via Steam. The game, which was developed by a solo developer who was laid off from his job, gained popularity during Early Access and has created a new sub-genre on Steam. The full release includes a range of new features and improvements based on community feedback.

Supermarket Simulator allows players to manage their own grocery empire, including stocking shelves, setting prices, scanning items, managing staff, and dealing with shoplifters. Notable additions in the full version include online orders and town delivery, performance optimization, and quality of life improvements.

Players can now fully customize their supermarkets, including optimizing for efficiency, aesthetic appeal, and customer flow. The game features a dynamic real-time market system, where players can buy products at low prices and resell them for a profit.

In response to community demand, Nokta Games has confirmed that both multiplayer and console versions of Supermarket Simulator are in the works for 2025. The multiplayer edition will allow players to manage supermarkets together, while the console version will expand the game's reach to a wider audience.

Supermarket Simulator V1.0 is available now on Steam with a limited-time 25% launch discount. The game has received positive reviews during Early Access, with over 65,000 very positive reviews on Steam. Nokta Games is an independent game studio dedicated to building immersive, systems-driven simulation experiences.
