Sultan's Game Unleashes Mod Support and New Content in Major Update

Sultan's Game, the card-based simulation and narrative game, has reached a significant milestone with the launch of its official mod support. This new system, integrated with Steam Workshop, allows players to create, share, and play custom content, including visual changes, new cards, and storylines. The modding tools are designed to evolve based on community feedback, marking the beginning of a broader effort to expand the game's possibilities.

Double Cross Studio and publisher 2P Games are also preparing a Major Update and a DLC for Sultan's Game. The updates will include a short novel written by Double Cross Studio writer Lyu Munan, set in the game's world, and in-game content inspired by the crowdfunding community. The new content will feature a brand new character, weapons, and items based on backers' input.

In addition to the mod support and content updates, Double Cross Studio is refining the English localization to better capture the tone and humor of the original writing. These developments signal a new phase in the evolution of Sultan's Game, with both developer-led and community-driven content contributing to its future.

Double Cross Studio is a small game development team based in Hangzhou, China, led by producer Li Yin and writer Lyu Munan. They have previously created the critically acclaimed storyline and art of the "Spiral Waltz" game series. 2P Games, the publisher, is a Chinese company that has released successful indie games like Immortal Life, Dust to the End, Greedland, The Hungry Lamb, and Looper Tactics.
