Cyberpunk movement shooter game SPRAWL, developed by MAETH, is set to release in November 2024 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. The game follows the story of SEVEN, a former special operations super soldier, who is on a quest for atonement in a megalopolis called SPRAWL. The game's visuals are inspired by anime classics like Akira and Ghost in the Shell, as well as real-world phenomena like Kowloon Walled City.

Players will be able to perform gravity-defying wall-running maneuvers and slow down time to survive the corrupt military regime’s hordes, all while listening to a dynamic industrial soundtrack that responds to the player's actions and progression. SEVEN is equipped with the icarus cybernetic implant, which allows her to calculate every headshot, determine when to use the powerhouse shotgun, and time every wallrunning maneuver to decapitate in midair, blast off skulls with a quick trigger pull, or slice operatives into pieces.

The game's combat system is fast-paced and requires quick thinking and adaptation to survive a variety of enemy types. Players will need to solve each combat encounter creatively to reap different rewards like increased ammo drops, health boosts, and bullet time meter refills. SEVEN's path to redemption will be paved with blood.
