Pc Games Action Game Free To Play Indie Game Role Playing Game Microsoft Xbox Sony PlaystationMountaintop Studios, the developer of the free-to-play 3v3 tactical shooter Spectre Divide, has released a Developer Update video showcasing the game's first major seasonal content update, "Flashpoint," and detailing the console versions launch plans. The studio is currently working on new content features, quality of life improvements, and finalizing the development of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions.
The "Flashpoint" update will introduce a new sponsor, Monark Tactical, a new map called Canal, new characters, weapon skins, and cosmetics. The Season 1 Battle Pass will offer over 70 total rewards, including 4 character outfits, 6 accessories, 2 weapon skins, and more. Console players can expect the game to be released worldwide in late February.
The update also includes several game health and quality of life improvements such as a new "Sprint" movement mechanic, sandbox rebalancing, reduced cosmetic pricing, economy tuning, updated existing maps, improved base facial models, a long-awaited "Careers" tab, performance upgrades, improved networking, and thousands of fixes based on player feedback.
Spectre Divide is currently available for Windows PC via Steam and will be coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
