Digital Extremes, the creators of the popular game Warframe, recently provided a sneak peek into their upcoming open-world fantasy adventure, Soulframe, during their first Devstream at TennoCon. The presentation showcased the game's world, characters, and mechanics, including the Warsongs Prologue Fable, which introduces players to the game's narrative, characters, and creatures.

The Rat Witch, Verminia, is one of the Ancestors in the game's Nightfold, who can enhance cosmetic customization and assist in crafting potions, elixirs, and tinctures. Players will also encounter a massive armored bear named Bromius. The new enemy, Nimrod, is a towering foe capable of manipulating thunder and lightning while wielding a devastating tesla-coiled melee staff.

The developers emphasized the importance of community feedback, stating that they are continuously learning and iterating on the game based on player input. They plan to open up testing to more players this fall. The game's official website and media page provide a comprehensive rundown of the announcements made during the event. Players can join the adventure on various social media platforms and sign up for Soulframe Preludes on the official website.

Soulframe is a free-to-play open-world fantasy adventure heavily influenced by themes of nature and restoration. Players can explore an ancient, broken land and inherit the courage, spirit, and grace of Ancestors to mend earthly flesh and heal its land from Ode'n reign. Digital Extremes, the studio behind Soulframe, is known for developing popular games such as Unreal, Dark Sector, and Warframe.
