SEGA has recently announced a content update for the Apple Arcade exclusive game, Sonic Dream Team. This update introduces several new features, including the addition of Powers that grant Sonic and his team new abilities such as Stomp, Super Glide, and Wall Boost. These Powers can be unlocked via Tails' Challenges and can be equipped to customize the player's playstyle. There are 16 Powers to unlock and experiment with.

Tails' Challenges have also been overhauled, with daily refreshes and more rewards. Players can now earn rankings on every Challenge mission, with the coveted S-Rank awarding bonus XP for faster unlocking of rewards and Powers. Additionally, players can now dive into new Score attack levels in Tails' Challenges, where they can smash through targets, destroy enemies and obstacles, and chain together moves for combo streaks.

The update also includes the addition of fan-favorite music tracks from other Sonic games, which can be unlocked through Tails' Challenges. Players can now groove to any of their unlocked songs during gameplay.

Sonic Dream Team is available now exclusively on Apple Arcade and is playable across various Apple devices.
