Microids, a French video game publisher, has announced a new 3D platformer game titled "The Smurfs - Dreams." The game is set to release in late 2024 on PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The game is being developed by Ocellus Services, who previously worked on Marsupilami: Hoobadventure.

The Smurfs - Dreams follows the story of Gargamel casting a spell on the sarsaparilla bushes, causing the Smurfs to fall into a deep sleep. Players must explore the dreams of their favorite Smurfs and awaken them before Gargamel reaches the village. The game features solo and co-op modes, four dreamy worlds, and 12 levels with 16 mini-levels.

Players can customize their characters with new clothing and unlock surprises throughout their journey. The game boasts a unique and colorful artistic style that evolves as players explore different dreams.
