Lunchbox Entertainment has announced the release of their new game, Sirocco, a free-to-play 5v5 MOBA set on the high seas. The game is now available in early access and is inspired by the popular Warcraft 3 "Battleships" mod. Sirocco features mid-match "hero" switching, auto-firing equipable weapons, and "skill shot" abilities, with no complex item systems to memorize. The game includes 21 ships to choose from, each with unique abilities, 24 weapons to employ, and 7 captains to focus your playstyle.

Sirocco is designed to provide a fun and creative teamplay experience, reminiscent of the classic MOBA days, without the toxicity that often comes with it. The game features randomized unlocks to keep the gameplay fresh and new every time. It also includes roguelike progression mechanics and optional customization-only in-game monetization.

To celebrate the early access launch, Twitch drops will be enabled from May 3rd to 11th, where viewers can get an in-game skin for watching streams.
