The narrative-driven puzzle game, Shui’s Odyssey, has been released on Steam by publisher 2P Games and developer Intentional Studio. The game, which can be purchased for $4.99 with a 10% launch discount until November 17th, tells the story of Xiao Shui as she explores the memories of women from a small Chinese village. Players will interact with objects and solve puzzles to uncover the truth behind the faded memories of three generations of women, discussing themes such as love, family, and friendship.

Shui’s Odyssey is inspired by real-life experiences and features hand-drawn illustrations and delicate animations to create a highly emotional and captivating experience. The game is developed by a two-woman team from China, Intentional Studio, who aims to create games with emotional storytelling and delicate mechanisms, giving voice to female perspectives. 2P Games, the publisher, is a Chinese company that has released successful indie games such as Immortal Life, Dust to the End, Greedland, The Hungry Lamb, and Looper Tactics.
