Misc Games, the creators of the successful Fishing series, have announced their new game, Ships at Sea, which will be available in Early Access for Windows PC on Steam and the Epic Games store starting May 9, 2024. The game is set in the Norwegian Sea and Lofoten, Norway, and will offer a realistic boating experience using NVIDIA's WaveWorks water shader and Unreal Engine 5.

In Ships at Sea, players can team up with up to three friends in multiplayer mode and take on various tasks and necessities. The game includes features such as sharing resources, purchasing tools, upgrading ships, and refueling at fuel stations. Players can choose from three career paths: cargo ships, service ships, and commercial fishing, each with its own set of skills to build and improve.

The game boasts stunning graphics, new gameplay features, and a dynamic weather system, providing a highly immersive and realistic atmosphere. Players can customize their characters and boats, and upgrades and maintenance can be done in the shipyard.

Misc Games has partnered with various boating and fishing equipment brands to provide a realistic and dynamic overall experience for enthusiasts. Ships at Sea is a unique and ultimate simulation game for maritime enthusiasts, offering a thrilling high seas experience like never before.
