NetEase Games has announced that Shadows of the Damned: Hella Remastered, a remastered version of the 2011 action-adventure game developed by Grasshopper Manufacture, will be released on October 31st, 2024 for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. The remastered version includes new costumes, a New Game+ mode, and 60fps/4K support.

Shadows of the Damned is set in a super-eccentric "Hell + rock & roll"-themed world and follows demon hunter Garcia Hotspur as he fights his way through Hell to rescue his true love from the demon king. The game was created by a team of notable game developers, including Goichi "Suda51" Suda and Shinji Mikami.

The remastered version includes new costumes for Garcia, including Placa Garcia, Ocho Corazones, Demonio Garcia, and Kamikaze Garcia. The New Game+ mode allows players to carry over their weapons and upgrades from their previous playthrough into a new game.
