Early Access Pc Games Indie Game Strategy Free To PlayEnvision Entertainment's medieval-fantasy city builder simulation, Pioneers of Pagonia, will increase its price from April 8, 2025, from 29.99 EUR / 29.99 USD to 34.99 EUR / 34.99 USD. The strategy economy simulation is currently available with an additional 20% discount in the Steam Spring Sale. Over the past 15 months, the game has received more than 150 quality-of-life improvements and four extensive content updates, including new buildings, units, enemies, and a magic overhaul.
The Magic Update, released in November 2024, introduced new magic units, enemies, resources, and an updated combat system. A map editor and new challenges are planned for the next roadmap update in Q2 2025, with a story campaign confirmed for the 1.0 release. Pioneers of Pagonia received financial support from the German games fund grant by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection.
